FEESSearch & Expense Fees We will require an initial deductible fee of £110.00. |This fee is to ensure we receive genuine enquiries only. Once we receive this fee we will proceed with the property search in your preferred location. We will also require a fuel allowance fee of 25p per mile and an hourly project fee of £28.00 on a monthly basis until a suitable property is found and agreed upon. (A detailed invoice of your project time spent and mileage will be posted out to you towards the end of each month). Unlike many other property relocation services, we do not charge a final fee in addition to other costs incurred. If you choose to go ahead and purchase one of our chosen properties we will deduct the original £110 from your final invoice. |
